Shipping policy

For your protection, Mervis Diamond insures and registers all items for their full value during shipping through UPS/FEDEX. We require all deliveries to be made to a physical business or home address. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Your order will usually arrive within two business days. Mervis Diamond courier requires an adult to sign for delivery of all orders. Please have someone 18 years of age or older to sign for your delivery!

Due to the nature of custom-made items, please expect a minimum of 2-6 weeks for material sourcing, creation and delivery. In most cases, rings and jewelry can be made in under 2-3 weeks, but certain designs or sourcing of specialty materials may require more time & additional craftsmanship to complete. Once your piece is created and inspected, we will notify you via email &/or with a phone call, then we will prepare your item for shipping. We ship all orders with 2-Day Shipping via UPS/FEDEX so you're guaranteed a fast, safe and fully-insured delivery process.

The beauty of Mervis Diamond collection engagement rings is that they are elegant + timely & have a quick turn-around time! In most cases, Iconic Collection rings are crafted, set & shipped in 10-14 days. Get ready to propose because your ring will be there faster than you'd think!

Designer engagement rings and fine jewelry have variable shipping availability. Depending upon a designer's individual fulfillment ability, please anticipate up to 8 weeks for shipping on designer or custom designer items.

Fine jewelry items usually ship + arrive within 7-10 days.

PACKAGING

Your jewelry ships in discreet packaging  in  kraft-style cardboard or UPS/FEDEX labeled exterior. Inside your shipment box, you will receive Mervis Diamond exclusive packaging and your jewelry tucked safely inside beautiful, wooden gift boxes!

Full price items that are in stock may be returned within 10 days of the purchase date for a full refund less any shipping charges. All sales are final on discounted items, out-of-stock items, special orders, or jewelry that has been altered in any way.
