Refund policy

Your purchase may be returned or exchanged in stores or returned by mail within 14 days of the delivery date. Articles must be in original unworn condition. Special order items, items altered at the clients request, and sale items are not returnable. Returns will be credited in the original form of payment. The charge for gift wrapping and priority shipping are non-refundable. After your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

To submit a request for a return or exchange:

  • Send us an email at service@mervisdiamond.com and include Order ID, Billing Last Name, Email Address and Billing Zip Code. Also include Items and Quantity to Return, Reason to Return, and Desired Resolution (Return or Exchange). Please let us know if you would like us to provide a pre-paid return label (See return options below).
  • Your Return or Exchange Request will be reviewed within 24 business hours. Once approved, you will receive an email with further instructions.
